High-technology equipments allow us to machine components (top entry end connections, body, flanges, balls ) from 1/2" to 48" max weight 7.000 Kg. getting a very high quality level. We are in a position to satisfy everyrequirements according to a specific technical drawing, to the raw material type ( A105 – LF2 – F316 – F51 – duplex- superduplex -WCB- WCC inconel – titanium and others ) and the delivery time. The average machining time is 20 days from the arrival of raw material.
We can supply raw material - 3.1 and 3.2 reports by a Thirdy Parts - premachining – welding overlay – final machining – NDT tests ( UT – LP – MPI - Xray ) . Our new Electro Discarge Machining division is available to work any particular detail at top quality level.
